About Quay
Quay Consulting was established as Quay IT in 2006, when principals Michael Bolton and Rod Adams recognised the need for organisations to better understand how to set up their projects for success.
At a time when many organisations were cutting back on project spend due poor planning delivering mediocre results, Rod and Michael understood that success would lie in providing a framework that addressed the systemic issues of project delivery failure.
The result is a Quality Assurance overlay on all engagements. Quay ensures high quality outcomes for our clients much in the same way an Accountant or Lawyer assures their work.
