With 15 years of IT experience both in Australia and his native England, Chris has spent the majority of this time within Financial Services and predominately within the Investment Banking sector. Chris heads up our Business Analysis Practice.
Committed to quality of service, his working ethos matches the relentless desire to successfully deliver the best possible outcome for the client.
Coming from a technical background spanning across multiple platforms and having held a wide variety of roles across the life cycle of SDLC projects, Chris is an integration & implementation specialist.
Working under both Agile and Waterfall frameworks, he comprehends that the introduction of major change to current business processes is there by default and what the impacts of these changes can be to the end user.
Chris believes that business requirements must be successfully translated into technical specifications, through on going communication between business and technology groups within any enterprise, if there is any hope for the delivery of a successful outcome.
Chris also believes the ability to forge and maintain strong working relationships and to be the conduit between impacted groups within an organisation is essential for the business analyst, if the project is to ultimately succeed.
