Quay Consulting was founded in 2006 with the firm belief in the power of positive change and a desire to deliver better project outcomes.
We’ve seen the impact of our vision. What started as a conversation over a couple of surfboards has evolved into a specialist consultancy that helps our clients gain traction in delivering successful projects.
We’ve built a team of high-performing project professionals who offer a wealth of experience and consulting expertise along with a commitment to high levels of care and quality assurance. In addition to our core management team, Quay’s clients are supported by more than 300 high quality project consultants.
Our consultants bring a high-level consulting and collaborative approach to delivering change via tailored knowledge, professional project management and delivery, peer-to-peer collaboration, and capability uplift in each client engagement.
Our engagements typically take one of three forms:
- Low-risk, light touch diagnostics to help clients take stock and get traction with their project and program agendas;
- Joint taskforce initiatives in which Quay embeds professional consultants into the client environment to support delivery of project outcomes and capability uplift;
- Outsourced initiatives where we take primary responsibility for working with the client and vendors to achieve practical outcomes.
Quay is deeply committed to sharing the knowledge we’ve gleaned from years of project delivery experience – both the successes and the failures – whether it’s sharing insights via our monthly Quay bulletin or in lifting the capability of our clients’ teams in day-to-day knowledge transfer.
