Roland Handel has spent more than 20 years working in the technology and software space, with 15 years in Workforce Management (WFM).

Since graduating from the University of New South Wales with a combined Commerce (Marketing and Law) Degree, his WFM roles have included CEO of WorkBuddy Solutions (later Workplace Systems), Senior BA/PM at Coles deploying Kronos, and GM Services at ComOps (E-tivity and Microster).

Through WorkBuddy Solutions Roland Implemented HR/WFM solutions into Retail, Hospitality, Health, Labour Hire, Government sectors.

In addition to WFM, Roland has been involved in the development, deployment and commercialisation of other software services including e-learning, compliance and contractor management, identity management/access control, e-commerce and virtual reality.

He has worked across a range of industry verticals including Retail, hospitality (Hotels), Health & Aged Care, Security, Labour Hire, Transport, Manufacturing, Transport/Logistics and Government. He has worked extensively throughout Australia, as well as roles in New Zealand, the UK and the USA.
