Building on its strong leadership team to deliver innovation, transformation and growth, Quay Consulting announced today that Mike Kaye has joined the company as Principal.
Mike joins Co-Founders and Principals of the business Rod Adams and Michael Bolton, adding another string to Quay Consulting’s leadership bow.
Internationally recognised for his ability to synthesise strategic thinking, innovation and complex project delivery to reinvigorate growth and inspire change, Mike has been a Partner with a Tier 1 global consulting firm, founded several start-ups, led corporate ventures and held CEO and senior executive roles in both Australia and the UK.
Michael Bolton said, “We have collaborated with Mike on a number of occasions since 2013 and are delighted to formally welcome him to the team. He brings a wealth of experience in the innovation, digital and transformation space in addition to real-world knowledge of agile methodology and delivery that will greatly benefit Quay Consulting and our clients.”
His passion for challenging the traditional ways organisations operate has driven him to lead innovation and transformation programs, create more agile cultures and build new digital platforms that deliver value.
